Enter the 36-character access code, including the hyphen. Letters are always lowercase, "0" is zero.

You need the PIN from your education or training establishment if you are logging in using the Username & Password option of the BundID account. You do not need the PIN if you are using the eID card, EU Identity or ELSTER certificate options for login.
