Enter the 36-character access code, including the hyphen. Letters are always lowercase, "0" is zero.

Have you received a PIN in addition to your access code?^*

In most cases, you will receive an access code which can be used without a PIN. Your education or training establishment will inform you if you need a PIN as well. If that is the case, you will receive the PIN from your education or training establishment, separately from the access code.
